Booking Policy

Reservation Process:

• To book an English course with Pro Learn English, customers must create an account on our website and follow the prompts to select their desired course.

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Payment Terms:

• We accept payment via Paypal.

• All prices listed are not necessarily inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

• Refunds: If a refund situation meets criteria, Refunds will be less than the purchase amount due to the PayPal fees incurred during transactions. If the criteria is not met, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

• Package Duration: You cannot stack classes for the duration. The package begins on the day of purchase. If you buy two packages that last six months, they will both begin on the date of purchase and will expire in six months, not twelve.

Cancellation Policy:

• All bookings made with Pro Learn English are non-refundable.

• Customers may cancel their reservation at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the course unless due to an emergency.

• The student is expected to be on time for the Skype class, if they are more than 10 minutes late, the student will be marked as absent, and the class will be deducted from their lesson plan. No refunds will be made. 

Rescheduling Policy:

• Customers may request to reschedule their course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

• Students may reschedule their lesson 24 hours before it is booked; anything less will unfortunately be non-refundable.

Course Availability:

• Course availability is subject to change and may be affected by factors such as instructor availability and course capacity.

• Pro Learn English reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

Liability Waiver:

• By booking a course with Pro Learn English, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online learning, including but not limited to technical issues and interruptions.

• Pro Learn English shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events.

• Prolearn English does not offer refunds for purchased packages or regretful purchases. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

Appropriate Behaviour:

• Pro Learn English is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, will result in the immediate cancellation of classes without the possibility of a refund.

• Pro Learn English reserves the right to take further action, including banning offenders from future participation in our courses, without the possibility of a refund. Therefore, the client/student shall forfeit any remaining classes on their purchased package.

Privacy Policy:

Terms of Service:

• By using the Pro Learn English website and booking platform, customers agree to abide by our terms of service. These terms govern the use of our website, intellectual property rights, user conduct, and dispute resolution procedures.

• ProLearn reserves the right to only teach students with A1 English proficiency and above. We unfortunately cannot teach beginners.

Discount Coupons:

• ProLearn English reserves the right to remove discounts without notice

• Discount codes are limited to one use per user and cannot be transferred

• Certain students will be contacted with a referral discount offer. In this case, the student will be eligible to receive a 40% discount on the same package their referred friend purchases for the first time. For example, if the referred friend buys a 10-pack of 25-minute English classes at standard price, the student can purchase the same pack at a 40% discount.

• If the selected student refer more than one friend, the student will continue to receive the 40% discount on subsequent packages as well, for each first time purchase that each friend bought. They cannot use the 40% discount on any other packages.

• Prolearn reserves the right to cancel this discount without notice.

• ESL base - Discounts cannot be stacked, and this discount is one time use per user only. 

• ProLearn reserves the right to cancel or alter this agreement at any time, and by using our service, the user agrees to this.

Free Trial Lesson – Terms and Conditions

Pro Learn English (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) offers a complimentary trial lesson (“Free Trial”) to new students under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • The Free Trial is available to new students only.

   • Each individual is entitled to one Free Trial lesson only, regardless of the number of accounts, devices, or email addresses used.

2. Registration Requirements

   • To access the Free Trial, the student must complete the registration process in full and accept the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

   • We reserve the right to request proof of identity to verify eligibility.

3. Scheduling and Attendance

   • The Free Trial is offered subject to teacher and schedule availability.

   • Failure to attend the scheduled class, late arrival, or any technical issues on the student’s side will not entitle the student to reschedule or receive an additional Free Trial lesson, unless explicitly granted by Pro Learn English at its sole discretion.

4. Lesson Content

   • Pro Learn English reserves the right to determine the structure, content, and teaching plan of the Free Trial. The lesson may not be tailored to specific individual requests.

5. Non-Obligation

   • Participation in the Free Trial does not create any financial or contractual obligation on the part of the student.

   • Similarly, Pro Learn English is under no obligation to provide services beyond the Free Trial unless the student enters into a paid service agreement.

6. Misuse and Fraud

   • Any attempt to misuse the Free Trial (e.g., creating multiple accounts, falsifying details, or booking on behalf of another person) will result in immediate cancellation of the Free Trial and may result in permanent exclusion from Pro Learn English services.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel

   • Pro Learn English reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

   • Access to the Free Trial may be denied to any individual who, in our judgment, is misusing the service, violating our policies, or acting in a manner inconsistent with our values or learning environment.

8. Intellectual Property

   • All materials, content, and teaching methods used in the Free Trial remain the exclusive property of Pro Learn English. Students are not permitted to record, reproduce, or distribute lesson content without prior written consent.

9. Liability Limitation

   • Pro Learn English shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Free Trial, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, software failures, or device malfunctions on the student’s part.

10. Amendments

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without notice. The version in effect at the time of booking the Free Trial shall apply.

Governing Law:

• This booking policy shall be governed, protected by and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Europe.
